JOANLAB heating magnetic stirrer · HS-12/17/19 series
Heating magnetic stirrers for 1 to 5 L, with an aluminum surface on the smaller sizes and corrosion-resistant ceramic on the 19 cm models.
- Stirring volumes of 1, 3 and 5 L depending on the model
- Aluminum plate (HS-12 and HS-17) or corrosion-resistant ceramic (HS-19, HSC-19 and HSC-19T)
- Stated heating up to 320-380 °C depending on the model
- Overtemperature protection by safety circuit

Three plates, three volumes
The HS-12 carries a 12 × 12 cm aluminum plate and stirs up to 1 L; the HS-17, a 17 × 17 cm aluminum plate, up to 3 L. From the HS-19 on, the plate switches to 19 × 19 cm ceramic and the volume rises to 5 L, with the same size and material on both HSC models.
The HSC models state 350 °C
The HS-12 states up to 320 °C, and the HS-17 and HS-19 up to 380 °C. The HSC-19 and HSC-19T, with a ceramic plate of the same size, add a digital readout but state 350 °C: among the 5 L models, the one that states 380 °C is the HS-19.
The HSC-19T also has a different speed range
The HSC-19T is the only one with a timer and the only one with a different stirring range: 200 to 2000 rpm, against 0 to 1600 rpm on the other four. It reaches higher, but its declared range starts at 200 rpm, not at 0.
