Gentle heat on stainless steel
Four or six 500 mL points on 304 plates of 110 × 110 mm reaching 120 °C, spinning 50 to 1200 rpm with one-touch synchronization and a timer to 19 h 59 min.

The house multi-position units are chosen by heat: none (MMS), 120 °C on stainless (this one), or 310 °C on ceramic (HHMS).
