The multichannel that goes whole into the autoclave

That is what separates it from the M8/M12 multichannel: the “fully autoclavable” statement, with color identification by range. Like that family, it works over standard 96-well plates, and at equal range the 8- and 12-channel tables are identical.

Choosing between 8 and 12 channels is again a matter of wells per pass.

Four ranges, the 100 µL one included

It covers 0.5-10, 5-50, 10-100 and 30-300 µL: it brings the 100 µL step the M8/M12 lacks, and its 300 model starts at 30 µL instead of 50. Its own table shows where not to take it: the 10 µL model states ±2.4% at nominal and ±24% at 1 µL — the range is chosen by its upper end here as well.
