It is the lightest and the one that takes up least space
The footprint is 525 × 590 mm and the weight goes from 64 to 88 kg. For comparison: the I and II series take 640 × 550 mm and weigh from 87 to 122 kg at the same capacities. The difference shows when you carry it up a staircase or fit it onto a bench that is already full.
Power draw follows: 3.5 kW up to 75 L and 3.8 kW on the 100 and 120 L models, against the 4.4 to 5.2 kW of the equivalent series.
The chamber is narrower, and that limits what fits
372 mm in diameter against the 386 mm of the rest of the vertical range, with 350 mm baskets instead of 365 mm. Those are fourteen millimeters that do not matter for loose material and do matter for a tray or a wide vessel measured to the limit.
What is included and what is quoted separately
The basket is the only standard accessory. The printer is optional, and so is the stainless steel exterior finish: from the factory the outside does not carry it.
It comes with an independent maintenance window, so servicing the electrical section does not force you to remove the casing, and it does not need an external steam source.
