The two 50 L models do not reach the same temperature
This is the decision that defines the family. The BKQ-Z50E has 126 °C as its design temperature and its programs work between 105 and 126 °C. The BKQ-B50E reaches 134 °C, and its instrument and textile programs run at precisely that temperature.
If the laboratory protocol calls for 134 °C, the Z50E will not do, however much it has the same capacity.
They do not share pressure either
The Z50E works at 0.16 MPa with a design pressure of 0.2 MPa; the B50E, at 0.23 MPa with 0.28 MPa design. It is the consequence of the temperature difference, not an independent figure.
It is the smallest family and the one that draws the least
3.1 kW on both models, against the 3.5 to 6 kW of the rest of the vertical range. The footprint is 525 × 475 mm, with 49 kg for the Z50E and 61 kg for the B50E.
The mesh-bottom basket is standard; printer, bucket and tray are optional. The chamber is S30408 steel with electrolytic polishing and the vessel wall is lined with insulating cotton.
