How it differs from the II series, which is the only thing to decide
It is worth saying plainly: in the 50 to 120 L stretch this series and the II series are practically the same machine. They share chamber diameter and heights (386 mm by 515, 695, 875 and 1055 mm), external footprint, a working range of 105 to 136 °C, the set of baskets and the seven programs.
The two real differences are power draw and the capacity ceiling. This series draws 3.7 to 4.1 kW where the II series asks for 4.4 to 5.2 kW, and it stops at 120 L: if 150 or 200 L are needed, the II series is the only one that gets there.
The four models grow only in height
The chamber diameter does not change between the 50 and the 120 L model; what grows is the usable column, from 515 to 1055 mm. The weight goes from 89 to 122 kg and the external footprint stays at 640 × 550 mm.
What is included and what is quoted separately
The basket is the only standard accessory. Printer, mesh-bottom basket and bucket are optional, and it is worth settling them in the quote, because they are not added later with the same ease.
