The ladder is the moisture resolution
All four versions share 110 g of capacity, a halogen lamp, a PT-100 probe, drying from 40 to 160 °C and a Ø96 mm pan; what changes is how finely the percentage reads: 0.1% (MBA1102), 0.05% (1102a) or 0.01% (1103 and 1103-HBM), tied to weighing precision of 0.01, 0.005 and 0.001 g.
The reportable range also grows with the version: from 90-10% on the base unit to 100-0% on the 1103s.
The HBM swaps the sensor
The MBA1103-HBM states the same performance as the 1103 and replaces the standard load cell with an HBM sensor. All of them carry two calibration modes and RS232 printing.
